This Privacy Policy explains how Conveyor handles information when authorised users use Conveyor and its integrations.
Conveyor uses YouTube API Services. Users of YouTube-connected features are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's privacy practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Depending on the permissions granted and features enabled, Conveyor may access limited YouTube account and API data needed for its workflow, including channel identifiers and basic channel information; video identifiers, titles, descriptions, privacy status and related metadata; authorisation tokens required for approved API requests; information used to reconcile Conveyor production records with YouTube videos; and, when upload features are enabled and expressly authorised, the selected video file and publishing metadata.
Conveyor uses this information only to provide production, verification, reconciliation and authorised publishing features. Conveyor does not sell YouTube API data or use it for advertising or unrelated profiling.
Conveyor stores only information reasonably necessary to operate and audit the authorised workflow, such as identifiers, metadata, provenance records and authorisation material. Authorised data is retained only as long as needed for the active integration, workflow, security and compliance purposes, and is refreshed or deleted as required by applicable YouTube API Services policies.
Conveyor does not sell YouTube API data. Data is not shared with unrelated third parties except where required to operate infrastructure used by Conveyor, comply with law, protect security, or carry out an action expressly authorised by the user.
Users can revoke Conveyor's access through Conveyor's own controls or through Google Account permissions. Users may also contact Conveyor to request deletion of data associated with the integration, subject to information that must be retained for legal, security or compliance purposes.
If a user revokes access through Conveyor or requests deletion of stored data, Conveyor will revoke the relevant authorisation and delete associated stored YouTube API data as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days.
If access is revoked through Google Account permissions, Conveyor will detect the loss of authorisation and delete related stored YouTube API data as soon as possible and within 30 calendar days.
Conveyor uses reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect authorisation credentials and API data from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. Conveyor does not request or store a user's Google or YouTube password.
This policy may be updated as Conveyor changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
